Today we have discovered all sorts of delicious gluten free croutons and goodies you can find on Well.ca. Why snacks and goodies? Well, with being safely stuck at home a whole lot more AND a good bit of comfort eating going on…snacks seemed like an obvious choice for today’s post! Here are our favourite gluten free snack finds:
The GFB Gluten Free Bites – Chocolate Coconut Flavour – This ever popular snack choice is made from incredibly healthy ingredients. What do you get when you blend coconut, healthy protein (pea protein and brown rice protein), dates, agave nectar, and cocoa? A snack that you’ll crave AND that is downright good for you.
Bob’s Red Mill gluten free pizza mix – Is the only pizza mix I use! It’s easy to whip together, uses yeast (which I love! The yeast packet is included right inside the bag), and tastes wonderful. It’s the most like ‘regular’ pizza that I’ve ever made at home. Each bag makes two pizzas.
San J reduced sodium Tamari (soy sauce replacement) – If you’re new to gluten free eating, you might not know that soy sauce is usually NOT gluten free. Tamari is a wonderful replacement soy sauce that contains no wheat or gluten. Plus, it’s organic and vegan – so good for everyone in your household.
Cup4Cup Gluten Free Flour – Is one of the best gluten free flours on the market! Using this gluten free flour option, you only need to replace it cup for cup in your old (gluten containing) recipes. Very easy to use, and worth it for special recipes.
Glutino Lemon Wafers – Remember those delicious wafer cookies you had as a kid? Glutino has made their own scrumptious version, with a tangy lemon flavour. Perfect little light snack with a cup of tea or coffee.
Cup4Cup Gluten Free Cornbread – Sometimes, only a wedge of hot from the oven cornbread will do. It’s an obvious choice paired with a big bowl of homemade chili or soup. But, I also love gluten free cornbread warm from the oven, topped with butter and a drizzle of honey. Delicious! Truly comfort food at its finest.
Schar Gluten Free Honeygrams (graham crackers) – Perfect snacking cracker. I love graham crackers with a slice of old cheddar cheese. Or, smash these down into crumbs to replace regular graham crackers in your favourite cheesecake recipe. And, the right option for the base of s’mores, too.
GaGa for Gluten Free – Chocolate Chip Cookies – Any list of snacks and goodies needs a bag of chocolate chip cookies on it! The fact that they’re also vegan is a plus if you or your family eats a vegan diet.
Schar Ciabatta bread – This bread gets consistently high reviews all over the Internet! The perfect artisan-style bun to make your most delicious, gourmet sandwiches.
Walkers Gluten Free Shortbread – The husband and I both declare this one of our favourite gluten free cookies, hands down! Walkers makes incredible shortbread to begin with, but with this gluten free version they’ve really upped their game. Super buttery and rich, and not too sweet. A wonderful cookie to keep stocked in your gluten free pantry.
Olivia’s Gluten Free Croutons, Garlic Flavour – Finally! We can have some really tasty croutons to top off our Caesar salads, too! And, I’ve heard that these make a yummy, crunchy garlicky snack right out of the box. 😉
Hidden Garden Gluten Free Cookies, Red Velvet Flavour – Hidden Garden sneaks healthy powdered veggies into their cookies. Haha kids, Mom got one over on you. And yet, they still taste divine. Also available in Chocolate chip.

Just because we need to eat gluten free does NOT mean we need to sacrifice delicious snack foods. I hope you found one or two new favourite to snack on. I know I certainly did!
