Sorry guys, but egg noodles DO have gluten! They are NOT gluten free. People might get confused as they think that eggs are the main component of egg noodles, but that just isn’t correct. WHEAT FLOUR is the main ingredient, and as any Celiac knows – anything at all with wheat in it is strictly out of bounds for us!
