Are Clif Builder Bars gluten free?

There is another line of Clif bars besides their traditional, original Clif Bars. They are called Builders bars (Canadian link), and as the name suggests, can help you build muscle because they contain plenty of protein. A lot more protein than their original bars! We’re talking 20 grams of complete protein in each bar.

And – most importantly to us – they ARE gluten free! Unlike the original bars, these do not contain any gluten ingredients. Hooray! It’s nice to have a few of these around – to replace a meal, or to eat after you workout to replenish.
